Dynamic Workshops Curated For Today's Realtor
The Specialised Workshops have been created to help GKD members address specific matters and pain points. These workshops span a wide variety of topics, given that the real estate business is dynamic and changing in nature. The sessions are hosted on a monthly basis, primarily on Zoom to cater to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and to enable convenient access for mobile GKD members.
In 2021, there were 13 Specialised Workshops hosted by GKD members and leaders for the entire team via Facebook Live and Zoom. These workshops not only empower GKD members with practical knowledge, it brings the team closer as a family.

With the onset of COVID-19, all the workshops have moved from being held physically to digitally, through Facebook Live and Zoom. As we have been used to having training sessions and workshops physically, the transformation to going digital brought about initial challenges, which we quickly overcame and adapted to the new normal.
Currently, most of our workshops are held online, which brings about many benefits for the host and the participants. Equipped with the tools provided by software platforms, workshops can be delivered in a conducive and creative manner, while providing convenience and comfort for the participants.
GKD members' achievements is a testament to our training programmes
GKD realtors have benefitted immensely after attending the signature training programs. In addition to the programs, is the mentorship and peer support that has enabled many realtors to achieve their breakthroughs.
Of particular note are George Lau and Raymond Giam, who attained the Super Platinum Achiever award in May 2021 and August 2021 respectively. This award is conferred to realtors who cross $250k of commissions in a singular month.
Numerous GKD members have attained various awards like Top Transactor, Platinum Achiever, Super Gold Achiever and others over the years. With the robust framework and support, more GKD members can be expected to shine and achieve their success.
